You do not need to operate a full learning center on day one. This is a community-based
enrollment role — you represent RLC, promote programs, and build enrollments while RLC
handles curriculum, systems, and back-office support.
Who This Is For
The Branch Ambassador Program is designed for individuals who wish to represent Ramana Learning Center in their local area, build enrollments, and assess community interest before moving into a long-term leadership or partnership role.

What You'll Do
- Represent Ramana Learning Center as a trusted educational leader in your community
- Promote and support student enrollment into RLC programs
- Act as a bridge between families and RLC academic offerings
- Build awareness through schools, libraries, parent groups, and community organizations
- Identify viable local community spaces for instruction
One-Time Creditable Commitment Fee: $350
This one-time fee secures your
Branch Ambassador position. It is not an ongoing cost — and it is
100% credited toward the Branch Partner onboarding fee if you later advance.

What You'll Get

Compensation & Achievement Levels
Branch Ambassadors earn achievement levels — Bronze, Silver, and
Gold — based on defined enrollment milestones. You earn a
per-student enrollment bonus for every student you bring in, with
bonus amounts increasing at each tier. No timesheets — your earnings are tied
directly to the students you enroll.
🥉 Bronze
Enrollment Bonuses:
- SAT Prep Group: $50 / enrollment
- All other programs: $25 / enrollment
Requirements:
- 20 Stay-Ahead student enrollments
- 2 SAT batches (8–20 students each)
🥈 Silver
Enrollment Bonuses:
- SAT Prep Group: $60 / enrollment
- All other programs: $30 / enrollment
Requirements:
- 30 Stay-Ahead student enrollments
- 4 SAT batches, at least 2 running concurrently (8–20 students each)
🥇 Gold
Enrollment Bonuses:
- SAT Prep Group: $75 / enrollment
- All other programs: $40 / enrollment
Requirements:
- 40 Stay-Ahead student enrollments
- 6 SAT batches (8–20 students each)
*Enrollment bonus amounts are per student and increase at each achievement tier. Exact amounts will be confirmed in your ambassador agreement.
🚀 Growth Path: Branch Ambassador → Branch Partner
Ambassadors who achieve Gold level and demonstrate sustained performance may be
considered for transition to the Branch Partner Program —
a full business ownership model with 40% profit sharing.
